  All negative reviews on here are completely accurate!
  My story: I had waste somehow emptying out onto my side yard through a vent pipe. Realized when I took my almost-3-year old and almost 1-year-old girls out to play. Called a few places for quotes. Jose arrived from this company to analyze the problem. Talked a good game in person and made it seem like he was being genuine about things. I was ABSOLUTELY WRONG about that. He “fixed” the problem by snaking/vacuuming the blockage. When my husband and his coworker (who use to do plumbing) had a chance to take a look at things a day or two later…they discovered Jose created a hole in one of our main pipes about the size of a quarter. It wasn’t there beforehand and he 100% made it while trying to clear the clog. All he did was cover it with a few strips of black electrical tape, so as soon as my husband peeled it off, water came pouring out. We had to stop flushing the toilets and using our kitchen sink. When I called up to ask the company to come back and fix the problem, someone named Joe was extremely disrespectful and condescending to me. This included a boss I spoke to and Jose himself, who ultimately admitted to creating the hole. They refused to do anything more. DON’T EVEN THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY…
  
  1) They overcharged us $300 for a job that wasn’t worth what we paid!
  2) They took advantage of a woman with two small children while her husband was working.
  3) The worker Jose was deceitful by claiming all was fixed, but actually created damage, covered it with tape and hoped we wouldn’t notice, as he left without informing us of the issue.
  4) Company denied responsibility and was hostile in their customer service. Their “warranty” is on paper only and they won’t live up to it or ensure the quality of their work.
  
  DON’T SUPPORT A COMPANY THAT CONDUCTS BUSINESS LIKE THIS. YOUR WIFE OR DAUGHTER COULD BE THE NEXT VICTIM. ABSOLUTE LIARS AND CROOKS.
